| National Campaign for the Arts : ウィキペディア英語版 | National Campaign for the Arts The National Campaign for the Arts (NCA) is a lobbying group for the arts in the United Kingdom Founded in 1985, NCA claims to be the UK's only independent lobbying organization representing all the arts. == Structure == NCA is a membership organization, and receives no government funding. It came into being through the merger of the National Lobby for the Arts (NLA) and British Arts Voice (BRAVO). The organization was initially funded by six organizations who represent professional artists: Association of British Orchestras; British Actors' Equity Association; Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union; Musicians' Union; Society of West End Theatres and the Theatrical Management Association. NCA is a company limited by guarantee. In 2000 NCA set up a charitable arm, the National Campaign for the Arts Research and Education (NCARE) to allow it to gain charitable tax benefits for research and outreach activities.
